So, if by chance your item arrives damaged all we ask is that you simply email us a photo of the item and we will send a replacement or alternatively offer you a refund.

All our display items are manufactured on site which allows us to dispatch your order within 3 working days, after receipt of payment. We ask that you please confirm receipt of the item by leaving feedback for us.
