This is the Oilily Pirate Mermaid bag/purse.

CONDITION: 

Bag is in fair to good used condition with some wear and small stains, and a section where the thread is starting to fray (see photos).

MEASUREMENTS: 

Height approximately 9 inches, width approximately 12-14 inches (narrower at the bottom and wider at the top), depth approximately 4 inches.
