We are one of UK’s largest supplier of Pickup, 4x4 and Van accessories, offering a vast range of accessories to suit most 4x4 cars from a range of 4x4 accessory manufacturers. Storm Xccessories ltd was established in 2001 by the Company Director Karl Neely, since then we have been manufacturing, assembling and supplying vehicle accessories for the 4x4 and commercial van sectors throughout Ireland and the UK.

Storm Xccessories operates from 3 locations; Swatragh, Upperlands and the other in Tewkesbury, We have a workforce of around 35 staff based between our company buildings. We are constantly looking at new products and new markets and we would be hoping to continue expansion of the company.

Payments are made through Paypal. You can use a credit / debit card to pay once you have been redirected.

Most purchases are delivered carriage free to Ireland and UK mainland addresses (excluding some large items for example Hardtops), express delivery is also available. Our free of charge economy delivery service is a 2 working day service and items are dispatched within 2 working days of cleared payment.We only use the best delivery companies.

We will send your order via DPD Two Day service, this will ONLY apply on small items (excludes hardtops, tonneau covers and load liners) which means orders will be delivered within 2 working days from dispatch (This excludes weekends and bank holidays).

Please note that all our courier deliveries require a signature on delivery (NO EXCEPTIONS).

Where you have no other legal right to return a product and receive a refund or exchange, then you will nonetheless be entitled to return a product to us where:

1. We have been notified of your intention to return a product within 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
2. We receive the returned product within 14 days following the date of receipt.
3. The returned product is unused, in its original condition enabling us to sell the product as new
4. None of the exclusions set out below apply

EXCLUSIONS THE FOLLOWING KINDS OF PRODUCTS MAY NOT BE RETURNED UNDER THIS POLICY:

1. Any product which has been installed on a vehicle unless it is faulty
2. Any product made to your specification or personalised to you in any way

REFUNDS:

We will send you a refund for the full price of any product properly returned by you in accordance with the terms of this returns policy excluding the original delivery charges and excluding the costs of returning the product to us. We will usually refund any money received from you [using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 30 days of the day we received your returned product.

IMPROPER RETURNS:

Where you return a product in contravention of this policy (and where you do not have any other legal right to return the product):

1. We will not refund or exchange the product;
2. We may retain the returned product until you pay to us such additional amount as we may charge for re-delivery of the returned product
3. If we do not receive payment of such additional amount within 14 days of issuing a request for payment, we may destroy or otherwise dispose of the returned product in our sole discretion without any liability to you

DAMAGED GOOD’S

If goods are damaged in transit this must be recorded in writing at the time of receipt. We cannot accept responsibility for damaged goods if the carrier's proof of delivery, has been signed for as received in good condition. If there is any sign of damage to the goods, it is advisable to refuse delivery. Please check carefully.

FAULTY GOODS

If goods are found to be faulty or incomplete - this must be reported in writing within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for the products to be delivered to the address for delivery indicated in your order if required in the contract of sale.

We will use reasonable endeavors to deliver products on or before the date for delivery set out in our order confirmation or, if no date is set out in our order confirmation, within 30 days of the date of our order confirmation. However, we cannot guarantee delivery by the relevant date. We do however guarantee that unless there are exceptional circumstances all deliveries of products will be dispatched within 30 days of the later of receipt of payment and the date of our order confirmation.
