FAQ’S
1. You do not need to remove your lower body clothing. You can keep them on when fitting your Biofeedbac Support Belt. The belt should sit directly above belt line.
2. Place the Biofeedbac Support Belt around your lower back (A), ensuring that the biofeedbac sensory pads (B) are on the inside of the belt, touching your back.
3. Make sure that the centre panel (C) is aligned correctly with your spinal column – the padded centre piece should be placed against the spinal cord so the biofeedbac pads are on either side of your spine.
4. Close the Biofeedbac Support Belt around your waist, using the hook and loop pads (D). Ensure that it is a snug fit but not so tight that you are uncomfortable.

Q. What size is LUMBROSTM support belt?
A. The adjustable LUMBROS will fit from 22” to 55”. An extender is available for waists 55” to 67”.
Q. How long can I wear LUMBROS for?
A. You can wear it as long you feel you need to support your back. We suggest that you wear the belt initially for 30 minutes to get used to it. Then, as often as you require relief.
Q. How do I clean my LUMBROS?
A. Use a damp cloth and wipe clean as necessary
Q. Can I wear the LUMBROS under clothes?
A. Yes, LUMBROS can be worn in direct contact with the skin, or over a thin layer of clothing.
