I-Remove one third of the yellow color paper from the back of the sheet (paper opening surface)

II - Attach on the skin one third of the tape, apply the remaining of the tape while stretching it gently.

III-Remove the white color paper.

Please do not remove the paper entirely otherwise the tape will curl up on the fingers
