10pcs Load Resistor 50W 6RJ LED Decoder Fix Error Code Hyper Flash Turn Signal +20 T-Taps
Voltage: 12 V
Resistance: 6 ohm
Dimension: 15 W * 50 L (mm)
Hole ID: 3 mm
Did you purchase or install a set of LED Turn signals and now you have
hyper flash? You need a pair of these load resistors! These resistors
are spliced in parallel with the LED bulb to add extra electrical load
(power dissipation) to the circuit, thus reducing blinking speed to
normal rates.
These are for turn signal blinker circuits ONLY.They are not
designed to have current running through them for long periods of time,
they will get EXTREMELY hot if you do so. This may cause fire or damage
to surrounding components and the resistor itself. ONLY USE ON PULSED
TURN SIGNAL SIGNAL / BLINKER CIRCUIT. NOT FOR parking or DRL USE.

Common Questions & Answers:
Q: I installed the load
resistors but they didn't make any difference, the LED lights are
still flashing fast, what can I do?
A:First, check that the wires are connected securely. Sometimes the
connectors (t-shaped) may not have spliced the wires completely to
establish contact with the copper wire. You will have to squeeze
the connectors harder. If the load resistor works, the metal part
will become warm in about 30 seconds and slowly getting hotter.
Second, make sure to connect the wires correctly, especially for
the bulbs that have 3 wires(e.g. 1157, 3157 & 7443).
Q: I have changed front and back turn signal light to LED, how many load resistors should I need?
A: EACH bulb needs 1 load resistor. You need 4 pcs of load resistors for 4 bulbs.
Q: There are 3 wires coming from the light with color red, black and
purple on the right and red, black, and green on the left. I have
no idea which two wires to put the load resistors on.
A: As to which colored wire is the correct one, it is simply a
trial-and-error process. Normally, black is ground, red for parking
light, the remaining colors should be the turn signal. Usually the
turn signal light will differ on both sides to help distinguish
them from parking lights. In your case, the two turn signal wires
should be purple and green.
Q: Would I need resistor in back up lights to control the flow of juice to leds?
A:It is highly recommended that you add load resistors to all led lights.
Q: I have changed my brake light to LED recently, but "bulb out"
message appeared on dashboard. will the load resistors fix the
problem?
A: Yes. The load resistor is specifically designed to represent the
same power-draw as a standard filament bulb so that the vehicle
does not mistake the lower power draw of an LED bulb as a bulb
that is burnt out or missing.
Q: Why do my LED turn signals flash faster than my stock bulbs?
A: This is known as "hyper flashing" or "rapid flashing". Since the
wattage of LED bulb is much lower than stock filament bulb, the
load resistor will draw out the residual wattage from circuit to
LED bulb and thus the LED bulb will function like the stock filament
bulb.
Q: The load resistors are very hot, is it normal?
A: Yes, the load resistor will become very hot under normal
operation. Therefore, it is important to mount the load resistors to
metal and do not install on/near painted surfaces, plastic or wires.
THEY WILL MELT!
