Ireland & Europe
We use DHL Economy Select service and it normally takes 2-5 working days. Your telephone number is essential for DHL if there is any problem with delivery. European delivery cost is fixed rate.

EU Import Duties
As of July 2021 all orders made from us to any EU country will be subject to customs clearance within that country, without exception.
The receiver is responsible for any and all duties applied, we cannot pay any local duties you may encounter. We will also not compensate the receiver for these duties, this is solely the responsibility of the receiver.
Some countries have more thorough customs clearance than others, therefore you may be contacted in order to provide proof of payment or information about the contents of the parcel. For further details and arrangements please contact us before placing an order.

Please make sure you know your local taxes and laws applicable to the item you are ordering, before placing an order. Any order which is returned to us by customs because of refusal to pay tax or inability to clear the shipment can be resent or cancelled, however in case of cancellation any shipping charges paid will not be refunded.

We use Royal Mail Airsure® - international priority delivery with online tracking. Delivery normally takes 4-10 working days after posting.

Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, New Zealand & Iceland
We use Royal Mail Airsure® - international priority delivery with online tracking. Delivery normally takes 6-10 working days after posting.

Rest of the world
Royal Mail International Signed for – registered airmail, delivery times vary from 5-14 working days depending on location and other factors.

Royal Mail advise that in some cases delivery time can take up to 25 working days to the following areas: South America, Africa, Indonesia, Israel, Oman and Australia.

Express International Service
We use DHL Worldwide Express or UPS Express Saver service. Delivery normally takes 1 to 3 working days to most locations worldwide.
Returns are accepted within 30 days after receiving the order.
If there is any reason you are not happy with your purchase please get in touch.

You can return unopened product to us within 30 days of receiving your order & we will refund you for the product.
We will compensate return costs if wrong product has received or the product has arrived damaged (please send us proof of damage: packing and product pictures).

We will not compensate return costs if an unwanted item is ordered (or any other reason not related to the item condition).
For reasons of hygiene & safety, we cannot refund or exchange cosmetics that have been removed from the original wrapping (or show any signs of having been used) unless they are faulty.
