Warranty & Returns

RETURNS POLICY:

•  All non-defective items must be unused, sealed/unopened (where applicable) in its original packaging and returned within 30 working days from purchase.

•  Postage charges of goods to be returned are payable by the customer, unless specified otherwise (for instances where the item is deemed DOA (Dead on arrival) or non-functioning as a result of a manufacturing fault which has occurred on arrival). Any such matters needs to be communicated immediately. 

•  All returns must be communicated via eBay messaging before opening a return.

•  After this 30 day period, it is the customer's responsibility to contact the manufacturer to arrange for a repair or replacement service whichever is deemed appropriate by the manufacturer, provided it is within the warranty period, specified for that particular product.

•  Please Note: Restocking Fee Applies

Items which are brand new and sealed need to be in their original manufacture or factory seals, not tampered with, when returned. If the item is used or manufacture seales are removed, there will be a restocking fee of 10% deducted from the full refund. 

This is purely due to the fact, the item will be no longer brand new and sealed, consequently there will be a price depreciation and would be resold as used.
