This is the warmest jacket you will ever own .

VGUC- minimal wear at pockets and random white marks on sleeve and lower back and a few places I have not treated .

I believe it is a powder because it started to flake when I brushed it- may be dried toothpaste but I do not want to treat and ruin.

Examine all pictures as this is a beautiful jacket that just needs a dry clean and a few spot
