The Sony DSC HX400V - Black is the latest bridge type superzoom camera. The relatively compact form houses a powerful 50x Zeiss Vario-Sonnar T* lens (24-1200mm) and a 20.4 megapixel Exmor CMOS sensor. Features of the Sony HX400 include an high resolution 3.0" 920K-dot articulated LCD, 1080p HD movie recording, 10fps high speed shooting, numerous manual modes and an integrated Wifi, NFC and GPS. The DSC-HX400VB has dimensions of just 129.6mm x 93.2mm x 103.2 mm and weighs just 633g.

The black Sony Cyber-shot DSC-HX400V Digital Camera is a high-zoom camera that offers ease of use akin to a point-and-shot, but with the design and control of a DSLR. It features a 20.4MP 1/2.3" Exmor R CMOS sensor and a BIONZ X Image Processor for notable low light performance, as well as a 50x optical zoom Carl Zeiss Vario Sonnar T lens with a 100x Clear Image Zoom. A 4.3-215mm focal length with a 35mm equivalent of 24-1200mm allows this lens significant wide-angle and considerable telephoto shooting abilities. It also features a wide 2.8 aperture, which is especially useful in low-light as it allows for brighter images.

A 3" Xtra Fine 921k-dot tilting LCD monitor as well as an electronic eye-level viewfinder allow you to view and compose high-quality images. Capture full HD 1080p AVCHD video at 60p and 24p and use the optical SteadyShot Image Stabilization to compensate for camera shake in order to provide clearer images. This is especially useful in low light and when using the longer focal lengths. For sports photography and during motion-filled photo capturing moments, the HX400V features 10 frames per second continuous shooting at the full 20.4MP resolution, which ensures sharp, clear images that are less likely to be missed.

To capture a wide area all in one photo, Intelligent Sweep Panorama utilizes motion compensation while shooting panoramas in order to reduce the blur created by moving figures in the foreground. For easy uploading after a long day of shooting, a built-in Wi-Fi allows you to instantly share what you have created with your family and friends.

Payment
We accept payments by PayPal. All Auction and "Buy It Now" prices are inclusive of VAT.
We send eBay generated VAT invoices with all orders. This will be supplied with the item.

Postage costs
Postage costs are for UK mainland only.
Or some areas outside of mainland UK (including Highlands, Jersey / Guernsey, NI or Eire etc) there may be extra charges due to an address being in an extended area.
This may be automatically added in eBay checkout, or we may need to contact you regarding extra postage charges.
For outside the UK buyers have the option of using eBay's Global Shipping Programme (GSP). We have no control on the timeframe or costs on these.

Ordering
In accordance with eBay Seller Protection policy we can only dispatch items to the registered / verified address of the buyer as specified in the eBay order / PayPal payment.
If you require your item sending to an alternative address then it is your responsibility to ensure that your address is updated in your eBay profile before placing bids or buying.
If your address is incorrect or you have wrongly ordered please inform us ASAP so we can cancel the order before despatch to avoid extra inconvenience.
Please ensure you telephone number is correct and supplied. This is required by most courier companies in case of any issues with delivery they will be able to contact you directly.

Item collection
Customers are welcome to collect items from our retail premises purchased through eBay during our regular opening hours (Please ensure this is specified in your eBay order or inform us promptly).

Warranty
As a business seller we offer a 6 month Warranty against manufacturing defects on our used equipment.
On new equipment the warranties are the manufacturers UK and European warranty, and generally are minimum of 1 year, but can be 2, 3 or more years dependent on the item / manufacturer.
The Warranties do NOT cover wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, loss or theft etc.
Please keep a copy of your receipt which is sent with your item as proof of purchase.

Despatch / Shipping

We use Royal Mail or various couriers dependent on item size, value or cost.
Delivery is usually 1-3 workings days from despatch, but is not guaranteed.
In most cases you have the option to upgrade to a faster delivery during checkout. 12:00 midday (on working days) is usually the cut-off time for processing orders that day.
Or some areas outside of mainland UK (including Highlands, Jersey / Guernsey, NI or Eire etc) there may be extra charges due to an address being in an extended area. This may be automatically added in eBay checkout, or we may need to contact you regarding extra postage charges.

PLEASE NOTE: Working days are classed as Monday to Friday, and exclude bank holidays and weekends. We do NOT have postal collections on Saturday, Sunday or bank holidays.

Receiving Parcel
To protect both the seller and the buyer most items (other than small / inexpensive items) are sent using a signed for service and you will need to ensure someone is at home to receive and sign for the parcel.
Please ensure that the person signing for it inspects the outer parcel before signature, as the signature is to confirm it has been received in good and undamaged condition.

eBay's Global Shipping Programme (GSP)
For European buyers we have the option of using eBay's Global Shipping Programme (GSP). We have no control on the timeframe or costs on these.
PLEASE NOTE: Many electronic items are automatically reviewed / investigated for prohibited items by the eBay's GSP, and does cause extra delays of 3-5 business days. These are unavoidable, - we have no control of this and thank you for your understanding.

Not Received an Item?
Generally over the years of trading from our website we have found delivery be generally reliable but occasionally there can be delays or problems outside our control. If you are awaiting your item please check the following Please check the following.

1. Check the item has been despatched in your eBay account.
2. Have you received a "missed delivery" card from Royal Mail / the courier? Please note sometimes these get misplaced, or in between other mail.
3. Check with us if in doubt, or for confirmation on Tracking / Delivery status
4. Contact Your local Sorting Office, or the contact for the courier
5. Please note: Packages are only held at your local sorting / delivery office for about 7 days, before they get returned as uncollected.
6. Couriers will only be attempt to deliver a parcel a limited number of times, otherwise will charge for subsequent deliveries.
7. Royal Mail cannot be claimed as lost till after approx 14 working days. This can happen, but it is rare.
8. If you have any questions please contact us by telephone, so we can help resolve any issues quickly.

Problems
If you have any questions or problems with your order or item please do not hesitate contact us. There are many instances where issues can be sorted out through a message or phone call.

Returns
Please ensure you are sure the item is required before bidding to save expense and inconvenience for both parties. If wanting to return, we can only accept returns if returned in as new, original condition, within 14 days. Generally we will not refund any postage charges back to us but does depend on the circumstances. We would generally refund postage if the items are returned and confirmed faulty by our engineers. We comply with UK distant selling regulations, and eBay policies.
