You receive
what is pictured
It is important to note that anything that is not
pictured will not be included. Items described as "complete CIB" mean
that they include the game (C)artridge/disc, and the (I)nstruction manual, and
the (B)ox/case. Extras might be present (for example: posters, inserts,
leaflets, bonus items, etc.), but are not included unless pictured. Any code
(like DLC) that is included should also be considered as already redeemed,
whether the game is new or used as we can not guarantee that they will work. If
you want specific informations about this game or for any question, feel free

Every
orders is shipped in a maximum delay of 2 days. We mostly send items in Canada
Lettermails option, without tracking but with a free shipping cost. You can ask
us if you want to have a shipping option with tracking number and more
protections. For items that are worth more than 50$ CAD, we send them in
Expedited shipping. Every consoles or items that are too big for the
lettermails shipping's option are also sended in Expedited Shipping.

Any defective items can be returned for a full refund.
