RETURNS AND WARRANTY

Returns are free for all faulty items. If you don't want the item due to change of mind your refund will include the initial postage it cost to send you the item.  

All returns must be received in perfect re-sale able condition in order for refunds to be granted. If the item you return does not arrive in perfect re-sale-able condition we cannot offer full refund. All screen coverings must be intact. Please do not remove screen coverings unless you are keeping the phone as it will result in a £4 devaluation charge of the item on refund.

Warranty - All items come with 30 days money back guarantee. Seller’s 90 days return to base warranty. In case of a manufacturing fault, we will repair or replace your item. If we are unable to repair/replace, we will refund your purchase (T&C applies).The warranty does not cover physical damage.

If negative feedback is left without contacting us first for an effective solution which will make you happy, then your warranty is void. We find that it is unfair to leave negative feedback for items before giving us the chance to solve your issue and ebay state this too.
