This Japanese handbag was made in the 1960’s and is hand-beaded in a pale lavender floral design. It has a salmon pink satin lining and silver fittings and clasp. It is beautifully made and was clearly a very expensive item when new. It is in excellent condition for its age with no missing beads and the lining is in excellent condition too. The metal fittings are sound and have taken on a lovely vintage patina. It comes in its original box. This could be used either with a kimono or western fashion. See the photos for details.
