Compact Design
Ideal solution for work vans that like to be camper vans in their spare time or camper vans that occasionally go to work!
Simply fold it down for a sofa and extend it out for a full size double bed 1900x1350
Folds away to side of van to only 100mm (4 inch) thick.
Light weight and strong design, not your typical caravan bed!
20mm thick wooden slats for mattress to rest upon and quality birch ply supports.
Gas spring strut assisted for ease of operation.
We can supply variations of this design including one that has room for a mattress to be left in place when folded and one that has fixed storage underneath, Custom sizes can also be supplied, contact us to discuss bespoke orders.

Fitting Information
Wheel arch clearance height 465mm, (a cut out in the wooden mount would be required), without cutting the mount 430mm
Bed can be reduced in height from the standard 539mm upon request, the reduction must also be taken from the above wheel arch clearance heights to make sure it will fit
Supplied in bare wood, we recommend finishing, waxing is easiest.
Ratchet strap and cargo eyes supplied, Fixing are not supplied as every van is different, we recommend self tapping screws with a minimum size of 5mm/10gauge and pop rivets for cargo eyes
Installation is quite simple and a guide is supplied but installer must be competent enough to ensure its safe.
