Intermotor Ignition Condenser

An Ignition Condenser is used in an ignition system to reduce voltage spikes that occur (and would cause damage to the system) when starting your car.

A sign that you have a failing condenser is you might notice your ignition starts to spark (you may also notice static on your radio leading up to this). A faulty condenser, if left unrepaired, can lead to lasting damage to other parts in your ignition system.
