New Old Stock Baldwin Acrosonic piano cabinet decal plate.  2" x 5/8".  Self adhesive - peel and stick.  This will stick to some finishes better than others (clean with a degreaser prior to installation).  If necessary, a light application of an adhesive like E6000 will help.  Perfect for pianos that have been refinished (and the plate bent when removed ) or have missing decals.
