This is a lovely ruby red with chrome stemmed goblet! It's from the mid 1900's (used, vintage condition) and measures 5 1/4" tall X 2 3/4" top diameter.
The chrome stem unscrews from the top.

The chrome on the base shows some light wear + minor denting underneath (cannot see unless you turn it upside down.)
The screw in which the base screws onto the top is glass so it's very fragile; don't tighten it too tightly or it will break. (I'll have to unscrew them to ship.)
This would be a lovely goblet to sip red wine from!
