For sale Rare Parts For Brass Petzval Lens- Pinion Gear Set With Knob & Screws. This is a genuine antique Petzval Brass Lens' Knob with Pinion Gear and including the gear housing with 4 screws.

This part is from a Petzval Lens maybe Dallmeyer or Ross Petzval lens. A number "22" is marked on the back of the gear housing.

The center to center spacing of the screws holes are- vertical spacing between two holes is 11mm and horizontal center to center between two holes is 12.5mm, all are approx.

The dimension of the pinion and shaft is- 54mm length of the shaft including knob; 38mm excluding the knob; 5mm dia of pinion; 10 gear teeth; 27mm dia of brass knob, all are approx. Useful to replace missing or damaged gear unit of Petzval Lens.
