About Us

Clouts'n'Chara is Canada's leader for hockey cards and group breaks. Opening their forums in 2008, they began offering a place for people to trade cards with each other, as well as selling hockey cards individually and through group breaks. As the business grew, Clouts'n'Chara attracted more customers and more business, eventually becoming incorporated in 2010. The business' ownership began discussing a physical location as the year progressed, and in September 2011, Clouts'n'Chara Inc. opened their first location in Kitchener, Ontario. Since then, the business has continued to steadily grow to the point it's at now, with almost 6000 dedicated members on their forums, and many in-store customers each week.

    For U.S Buyers: Shipping for the first card will be $3.50 and .50 cents for each additional card. After 5 cards the shipping stops, for example, 10 cards will only be $5.50 shipping, 100 cards will also be $5.50 shipping.

    What Is Trader’s Night?

    Last Saturday of every month we host a trading event at our store in Kitchener. Trader’s Night is where collectors come to our store with their traders and trade/buy/sell with fellow collectors while watching sports on our 5 TV’s and enjoy some FREE pizza. Any age groups are welcomed and any style of cards are welcomed like auto’s, game used cards, rookie cards, inserts… (Hockey is the main sport).

    Some trade nights we do special events for our members such as giveaway’s, draws, and in-store group breaks. 

  • What are group breaks?

    The basic setup of a group break is that multiple people split the costs of the boxes (multiple boxes or a case of one type) in the break and then the hits are divided up amongst the people in the break (depending on what sports team that they get) Group breaks can involve every product from Cup, Heroes and Prospects, Superlative, Dominion, Chrome, Ultimate, Series 1, O-Pee-Chee and more….. It is a great alternative to buying a full case or box. For example, a tin of The Cup hockey can run you $500.00 whereas our 6 tin Cup case (value $3000) group break is $100 per spot. Group breaks are a great way to be involved in a large break at minimal costs.
