We offer FREE Shipping on all orders! 

Your order will be dispatched within one working day of receving payment (Monday to Friday) and you should expect to recieve your order bewteen two to three working days after dispatch.

We offer NEXT DAY delivery at the checkout for next working day deliveries, this only on all orders before 2pm. We also offer Royal Mail 1st Class which means your order will arrive bewteen 1-2 working days.

In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during transit, then we will be responsible and will issue either a replacement or a refund. We may ask for images to confirm damage.

If a product is for anyone over the age of 18 years we may only offer credit card options to prevent the sale of any underage.

If for some reason you are not 1005 satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exhange the product for another one, be it similar or not. 

You can return a product for up to 14 days from the date you purchased, however all prodcuts must be in the same condition and packaging as recieved and we may decline a return if the product is damaged/missing packaging/apper to be used.
