| German Colonies - EAST AFRICA 1916 WWI WUGA Provisional 7½h MINT se-tenant PAIR Produced at the Missionary Printer at Wuga during a WWI stamp shortage in German East Africa but never placed into service as the stock was buried to avoid capture. It was later unearthed in the 1920s but almost all the stamps have been deteriorated due to years buried in the Africa climate condition. Se-tenant pair showing the two different 7½ types. Acceptable condition as these items are almost always found with faults and valued as such. |
