The metal scraper is perfect for getting the wick adjuster lip clean from all that hard crusty soot that is embedded on the lip where
the wick deposits very hard contamination. It is essential that this contamination is removed because it will build up and cause your heater to smoke, smell and not perform to perfection like it was when it was new. Very easy to do with the angled sharpened scraper on the comfortable handle. After scrapping the hard, crust surface I use the short hard stainless steel bristle end to remove the remaining stains that need that power scrub that only
that short and strong bristles can do. Best tool for that job!!
** PLEASE NOTE: This is a BRAND NEW OEM Factory Kit which includes the scrapper brush that is in the original kit and well liked for better hard cleaning!! The stainless steel brush shown on the end of the scrapper brush has both the sharp metal scraper as well as the short Brussels metal that clean the wick adjuster lip to perfection and like new! This is the perfect kit for ALL KEROSENE HEATERS MADE!!! VERY IMPORTANT to remove all soot and hard crusty old kerosene deposits on this wick adjuster lip.
* Wick Comb brush is specifically designed for wick cleaning after the "Dry Burn" maintenance that is described in every kerosene heater manual to keep your wick fresh and like new. The double ended comb is used to remove the residue that sits on the wicks after the dry burn.
* Metal Wick Setting Guide is perfect for making sure your wick is at the proper height adjustment. Your heater manual or wick information will give you the proper height and this tool makes it easy to simply set the cross bar to the proper height and measure the wick at the top of the wick adjuster.
Takes the guess work out of it so you don't have to go back and start over if your wick is too high or too low.
* The mini siphon is one of my favorites for removing all the kerosene from the heaters when cleaning out the tank of contaminants for wick changing or tank cleaning and perfect for storage time to remove all the kerosene from the holding tank then dry burn your wick for the summer storage season. Simply tilt your heater towards the fill cap and the siphon is long enough to reach the bottom of the tank.
* The polishing cloth is perfect to polish the chrome and enamel surfaces to keep the heater looking nice as well as giving that needed reflective ability to move the heat from the heater into the room. It is always a plus to keep your reflector shields clean and shinny to move the heat. The scouring pad is
helpful for all heavy duty cleaning. I keep many of these in stock.
