However, mistakes do happen and items go missing. 

If this happens I will immediately refund your money in full to your PayPal account.

On occasion, a mistake is made during the packing and shipping of items.

Returns:

All item must be returned in the original condition that it was sent.

All Tags must still be attached or item in the same packaging as received.

Shipping charges will not be refunded.

A restocking Fee of 20% will be charged for all returns.

If an item needs to be returned. The item must be returned in the same condition it was sent to you in.

Any item that was used will not be returned.

All Handbags & accessories have a security tag on it.

This tag is my business card and it must still be attached. This tag will not hurt the bag in any way.

The security tag must be cut with scissors in order to remove it.

Once cut the tag cannot be re-attached.

**If the Security tag is not attached, item CANNOT be returned**

Damage in Shipping:

 
I take great care in boxing up all items in order to prevent damage and breakage.

If, despite my efforts your order does arrive damaged, it is VERY important that you keep all the packaging.

The box, packaging and item must be taken to the post office to file a claim. Please do not mail the item back to me, I will help you with filing the claim.

If you mail the item back to me, it will void the U.S. Postal Insurance and a refund can’t be given. Please contact me if you have any questions.
