1.  Oktyabrata 1st  step of Communist political Organization - Soviet schoolchildren 7 - 9 years, united on a voluntary basis in the group at the Pioneer School squad. Oktyabryatskie groups prepare children to join the All-Union Pioneer Organization. When you join the ranks of Oktyabrata. Children issued a badge - a five-pointed asterisk ruby color with a portrait of Lenin in his childhood.
2.  Pioneer 2nd  step of Communist political Organization - In the autumn of 1918 was created children's organization for young communists (Yukova), but a year later was dissolved. In November 1921, it was decided to set up the All-Russia Children's Organization. A few months in Moscow operated children's groups in the experiment were developed pioneering symbols and attributes, adopted the name of the new organization - groups of young pioneers named Spartacus. May 7, 1922 in the Sokolniki forest in Moscow was held the first pioneer fire.
