This is a Medium to Hot blend

This is our own special blend of spices its a little hot!
Ingredients Include Paprika Basil Garlic Onion Salt Pepper Fennel Parsley Cinnamon Thyme and Cayenne Pepper
This mix is traditionally used to make blackened fish in the Deep South of America
You can also use on Chicken or Beef
Sprinkle Spices onto Chicken Fish or Beef & allow to marinate for up to 20 minutes
Pan fry grill or barbeque.
To achieve a traditional blackened look fry the meat in butter, when the butter burns during cooking it creates a blackened effect.
