| Postage and Shipping | At AdmireBhs, we are committed to ensuring your item gets to you as soon as possible. All items are shipped within the same day of receiving cleared funds. As part of ensuring that, we track each and every item that leaves us till the stage it gets to you. Within Australia - Please allow upto a maximum of 10 calendar days for the item to reach you. Internationally - Please allow upto a maximum of 20 calendar days for the item to reach you. |
| Packaging Handling | At AdmireBhs, each outgoing item gets checked twice before it gets packaged. The packaging will consist of a hard cardboard box inserted inside a padded/tough envelope. |
| Care | All jewellery that is 925 Sterling Silver consists of 92.5% pure silver. This standard used to assure consistent quality amongst sterling silver products. Over time, any sterling silver jewelry exposed to air will tarnish. Silver tarnishes faster in areas with high humidity and air pollution. Chemicals like hairspray, perfume, deodorant, body lotion, bleach, etc., can speed up the tarnishing process. Its a good practice to wear your jewellery last, after applying any hairsprays, perfume, deodorant, lotions. |
| Protect and Preserve | Tarnishing is not a manufacturing fault. In order to reshine your Silver jewelry, use a consumer grade jewelry cleaner on a soft cloth, gently rub the silver jewellery several times. Then rinse the silver thoroughly in warm water and carefully dry. This will remove the tarnish and dullness, keeping your sterling silver like new. |
| Feedback | We strive to achieve excellent feedback for every piece of jewellery that leaves us. If for whatever reason, you feel you are not satisfied with our product. Please feel free to message us and we will try do our best to meet your expectation. Your feedback is a sign of your happiness and proof of our efforts. So do spare a moment to share. |
| Returns | Whilst we have not had an item ever returned to us so far. In the rarest of rare event, if an item consists of a defect, we request you to return the item to us in an unworn and packaged condition. Once received and assessed, rest assured, we will refund you for the item plus return postage. |

| Offers | Whilst we try to offer our new customers with the option to 'Make an offer' on most items. It is not always commercially feasible to accept every offer. Rest assured, we will do our best to reply each offer with what is our best option. |
| Photography | Most of our photography is done locally in Australia and we do not use any editing to the item itself. Besides background clear up, you will find most items will be shown respectfully as they are in their true sense. |
