A fine old Northwest Coast Nootka Salish hand carved and painted cedar model totem dating from the early to mid 1900's. The imagery on the totem is based on the famous Tlingit Seattle totem that has stood in Union square since 1899 . The totem is painted in great old and original bright paints of green, orange , red and black . The totem stands a 9 1/2" tall by 2" d  is very good original condition with some normal paint wear and nice aged patina associated with age and careful handling. The totem makes an impressive display item and a fine addition to anyone's collection. Please add $8.95 for careful shipping and insurance (USA) .  No reserve , so have fun bidding!
