Zev exhibited his first important one-man show at the Museum of Modern Art in San Francisco. His paintings and sculptures have been widely acclaimed in shows at the Galérie Furstenberg in Paris, the Arthur Jeffress Gallery in London, and in many other cities. He had a personal triumph at the 1958 Salon de Mai with one of his painting.
