From what I've gathered online and at looking at this piece, this was given out/made by Miller Golf for the 1972 President's Cup.  I'm assuming that National Airlines was a sponsor?  I can't prove that, but on the back of the coaster it says "Miller Golf".  Feel free to email any information you may have!  :)
