Return Policy:

We're committed to always providing the most accurate descriptions and the best, most revealing photos in each and every one of our listings.  We stand behind all handmade creations and we accept product returns within 14 days of the delivery date if the handmade item arrives damaged.  Refund of purchase price will be issued only after we receive the returned item.  The buyer pays for return shipping.  We do NOT cover abuse or loss during return shipping, so we highly recommend that you insure your return shipment.  Retain the original shipping container and packing for returns and contact us immediately after discovering any problem.

Your purchase is a binding contract.  We accept only PayPal & Credit Cards via PayPal (See PayPal shipping requirements below).  Payment must occur immediately for our "Buy It Now" listings.

SHIPPING

Click the "Shipping and payments" tab above for options which always include postage, packing material, handling, delivery confirmation and tracking, unless otherwise noted.  Tracking links are sent in your shipping confirmation email, and appear on your "Purchase History" page.  UPS includes insurance coverage up to $100.  Though shipping cost is fixed**, we do keep it as low as we possibly can with today's higher rates. We email you when we ship, which is within 2 business day (Mon. - Fri.) of your cleared PayPal payment, unless otherwise noted.  We'll ship on Saturday when possible but, officially, we do not ship on weekends or Postal holidays.  Please keep in mind that we have no control over transit time to your address.

PayPal SHIPPING ADDRESS

We ship only to the official address you provide with your PayPal payment.  We are not responsible for an incorrect/outdated or undeliverable PayPal address.  If you want an item shipped to a special address you must make that address change during checkout before confirming your payment.  After making payment please do not ask us to ship to a different address.  This is to protect your PayPal account from fraud.

International Shipping:

We participate in eBay's Global Shipping Program.  There are 3 legs in your package's journey to your country.  We are responsible for the first leg from our home to a U.S. shipping center airport hub.  Ebay is fully responsible for your package from that point on.  The second leg is the flight from the U.S. to your country.  The third and final leg is from your shipping center hub to your shipping address.  Refer to your item's tracking link, located on your eBay Purchase History page, to see the shipping transit status.
