We will ship anywhere in the world but buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. All international sales including Canada must be paid through PayPal.  Once it leaves the U.S. we are not responsible.  If you require insurance or shipping tracking, please request same as there is an extra charge for this.  We accept returns within (14) days of sale providing product is returned in the same condition as it was when sent.  Buyer pays cost of return shipping.
