Please be aware from time to time the delivery couriers do not meet their delivery promise of the next day service we pay for. Once the parcel has left our warehouse we have no control over the delivery couriers.
If an issue arises due to delivery please let us know so we can do what we can to assist . All parcels are tracked on delivery to ensure your item is delivered in the fastest and most secure way possible

Terms of Sale
We offer refund subject to following terms.

Your right to cancel an order can be exercised in writing by using the messaging
service before the item has shipped.

You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
·
If you have a problem with your order, you must inform us with-in 7
working days of receipt of goods. The buyer has 30 days to return the item back
to us. The buyer is to bear the cost of returning unwanted goods.

If the problem is our own error, we will provide a pre-paid returns
label.
·
All items must be complete including original packaging, accessories and
literature.
·
For items that have been opened are damaged, missing parts, not in the
original condition or have obvious signs of use for reasons not due to a seller
error, we may deduct up to 50% of the item price based on the condition of the product.

You order the wrong item, not a problem, don’t open it send it back we
will swap it for you. The buyer pays the return postage cost.

It is buyer's responsibility to check all the details before buying. If
unsure please talk to us first.

Computer Returns Policy
You may return any new computer
purchased from Trade Lists UK that is "dead on arrival," arrives in
damaged condition, or incorrectly advertised, for a full refund within 30 days
of purchase.
Trade Lists UK reserves the
right to test "dead on arrival" returns and impose a customer fee up to
50% of the product sales price based on the condition of the product if the
customer misrepresents the condition of the product.
Any returned
computer that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in
unsellable condition due to customer tampering or passwords not removed will
result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee equal to and above
50% of the purchase price based on the condition of the product.
Trade Lists
UK will not accept returns of any PC, notebook, laptop, desktop Computer
more than 30 days after you receive the shipment.
New, used, and
refurbished products purchased from Marketplace vendors are subject to the
returns policy of the individual vendor.
