In line with other publishers of similar material, we have no problem with people helping others by providing information from our books to "answer a specific query" - it is courteous to acknowledge that you have used one of our CD's and good practice to quote the source of the information. We do not however, authorize advertising of blanket look up offers, as this hits our sales and therefore the funds for obtaining new material. Faulty CD or DVD's - what do I do? We use a reliable branded make of CD-R and since we started have had only the occasional faulty CD. This happens with mass produced media and now and then one slips through our checking process.
