Fitting and positioning these ceramic bezels is not easy. Any attempt to bend them will result in them shattering. Particular attention should be paid to the luminous pip area - like the £750 Genuine Rolex ceramic bezels they should be professionally fitted, flush with the bezel to ensure a long life. These are sent out in protected containers and should not be bent or pried out one installed as they will shatter - you are in effect working with glass. I cannot accept responsibility for broken bezels unless it can be proved that they were incorrectly packed.
