Return Policy:

  1. Without the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, we will not accept the return. 
  2. Products are guaranteed to arrive in the condition advertised and/or described. If you receive a product which is incorrect or not as described, please contact us within 14 days upon receipt of the item to arrange replacement or refund. 
  3. If you wish to return your product, we will refund your purchase less freight charges, as well as deduct a 20% restocking/processing fee. 
  4. Item must be in completely intact, unopened and original brand new condition including all accessories, all gifts and any other supplied items come with your package(s). 
  5. For any product return, package must be sent with tracking number together with full insurance coverage of the original purchase price. 
  6. Please allow 7 to 14 business days to issue back refund. 
  7. Buyer is responsible for all freight or shipping charges associated with the return.
