How to Order


  • First, use the drop down menus with the listing to select your colour option (or “own choice”) 

and choose your finished product type (Print size and whether you want a framed or un-framed print)

  • Then, to allow us to create your personalised design, please use the personalisation box in the listing (or alternatively send us an eBay Message) with the following information:


☆  Colour required (if you have selected "Own Choice" from the colour menu)


☆   the words you require in shopping list format for example:

Happy Mothers Day

I Love You

etc…


  • Checkout as usual on eBay


That's all, then simply sit back and wait for your beautiful personalised gift to arrive!

Other things you really should know….


  • the frame provided fits the print perfectly making it a complete package to simply wrap and give as a gift! 

Frame can be free-standing or hung.

  • Photographs shown are for illustration purposes only

because you provide your own unique set of words, the layout, colour differentiation and font sizes of your 
personalised print will differ from the ones shown but will be equally stunning.

  • When sending us personalisation details after purchase, please avoid note to seller on the payment page 

as words don't transfer over to me accurately

  • You can provide individual words, short sayings / phrases, dates, times, places - 

anything to really make this personal to you. 15-50 words are recommended but it can be more or less

  • Please note that in order to fit the shape of the numbers / letters longer phrases have to 

be in a smaller font otherwise they don't fit.

  • Feel free to use words from the examples shown in the photographs if you like these but 

you must still specify these in the message you send to me so I can be sure to only include the details you want!

  • If you want heart symbols adding like the ones shown in the examples, please just add this request to your list of words 

hollow hearts ♡ and colour filled hearts ♥ Filled and hollow stars ★  ☆ and flowers ✿available, or why not add some emojis?

Dispatch time:


My dispatch time is 2-3 working days for items purchased before 17:00 provided that personalisation details are also received before 17:00.

For items purchased after 17:00 (or for items where personalisation requirements are not sent before 17:00 regardless of order time), 

the order will be classed as if ordered on the following working day - please kindly take account of this when considering dispatch and delivery estimates as ebay do not recalcuatle the estimates and so they are not always accurate.

Shipping:


All items are posted as standard via royal mail 2nd class with an estimated delivery time 

of 2-3 working days from date of dispatch.

You can select 1st class postage from the postage options for an additional postage fee.

Unfortunately, I don’t offer returns on prints as this is a personalised item and cannot be resold,
