Currently, we are stocking both BRAND NEW and used items. Our new items are all sourced either directly from brand new sets or from LEGO directly. PAYMENT OPTIONS  Payments are accepted exclusively through PayPal. 


NEW Definition of NEW: New indicates that the parts or Minifigures are new, and have not been used before. Keep in mind that these parts have traveled quite a distance to get here and may have some minor scratching from rubbing against other parts. Defective parts or parts with major imperfections are removed and are not sold.


USED Definition of USED: All of our used parts and Minifigures are good to excellent condition. Many of our used items are in brand new condition, but simply removed from the original packaging. We remove from our inventory any items with strong evidence of play wear, scratches, bite marks, cracks or dirt. Some used items may show small signs of wear, discolouring or imperfect prints. Check the detailed item description for more details. 


POST  We aim to post within 48 hours of payment being received. (Excluding weekends and public holidays). Our items are set up to automatically reduce postage for multiple items


POSTAGE TIME  Postage times vary greatly depending on where you are ordering from. Domestic is usually from 3 to 7 working days. International is usually from 10 to 20 working days (custom delays may occur.)


LOST OF DAMAGED ITEMS Tracking and insurance are available on most postage options. We do not automatically include these options on buyers but please be aware that we will not be held responsible for orders without tracking and/or insurance once the items are posted. We recommend you take our insurance on your order to cover for loss or damage. Please ask us for a quote before purchasing. If your order turns up damaged you will be required to take the contents and packaging to your local Post Office for a possible compensation claim. If you believe your order has been lost please contact us so that we can lodge a lost item claim through the Post Office. (Please note Australia Post will not do anything until the package has been missing for 3 months.) We do receive a proof of lodgement on all International orders and purchases with a total of $50 or more. (tracked/insured or not.) 


RETURN POLICY We endeavour to describe all items and their condition as accurately as possible at the time of listing and we also encourage you to ask questions before purchasing. While we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, returns are accepted if the incorrect products are delivered. In this unlikely event, please send us a message so that we can assist you ASAP.
