This is a pretty interesting item.
Still sealed in its original MIL standard foil packing. We also have one opened unit we used for photos. Outer metal cover says "ADDER, UNITS AND TENS INCREMENTS". This would indicate it is part of a computing assembly. Appears to date from 1989.
Construction seems to be aluminum. Two parallel metal plates inside. Printed circuit board has numerous discrete electronic components, including resistors, silver mica capacitors, fixed coils, adjustable coils (inductors), and semiconductors.
Connector mounted on one end with metal RF gasket. No returns on this item since it is still sealed.
