Warranty/Returns:

The Apple 12 month warranty is expired on these handsets.  However, with the purchase of this new iPhone you will receive a one year warranty with us.  The warranty mirrors the Apple manufacturer warranty that covers software and hardware issues but does not cover drops, spills (water damage), or misuse.  If a phone is found to be defective within 30 days, it may be returned for a full refund or may be exchanged for a new one.  If an issue occurs after 30 days, the phone may only be returned for exchange or repair.  We will work hard to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their phones as customer service is our priority.  

Returns: If you are dissatisfied for any reason with your purchase within 30 days, please contact us and we will provide a refund once we upon return.  After 30 days, phones may be exchanged for warranty related issues.  

Accepted Forms of Payment:

Only payments made through verified PayPal accounts will be accepted.  Buyers can pay securely through PayPal using any major credit card.  Immediate payment is required.

Free Shipping:

All Phones will shipped via USPS Priority Mail.  Phones will be shipped daily from Southern California at no additional cost to the buyer.  All phone orders will be shipped the same day if placed before 4pm Pacific, or within one business day if placed thereafter.  All phones will arrive within 2-4 days and buyers will be provided with a delivery confirmation tracking number that can be used to track the status of the shipment.  We do our best to get our phones out same day so that you can get them as soon as possible.
