  THE ADHESIVE USED INTHE INDUSTRY TO GLUE FOAM SURROUNDS IS OF THE ACETATE FAMILY.IT IS SOLD COMMERCIALLY AS EITHER PVA ( WOOD GLUE ) OR AS EVA ( CRAFT GLUE ). IN THE UNITED STATES IT IS SOLD  COMMERCIALLY  AS ELMERS GLUE.
