for sale here is a very good and clean jw youngs built improved pattern 10B for arthur allen and has his stamp on the winding plate .. ,  these improved ones are very rarely seen with the hex nut on the front and the locking screw on the spool side , 3.75" , ball bearing race ,  no line burns at all , RHW , nickel silver rim tension , nickel silver central drum,screw ,  black xylonite  handle , silver O-ring lineguide with no burns at all , unfiled and straight brass foot , ...overall excellent  reel with most paint intact , just normal wear and marks as seen and good strong check , fine condition rarely seen reel .....please see my other listings of hardy and other vintage fishing items this week

if you buy a reel from me , you can be sure it has been through my workshop , lines removed , fully cleaned and serviced and any worn or damaged parts replaced with new ones , so no loose handles , no chewed up screws , no spool wobble or spindle wear , no bent or filed feet , no worn pawls , no loose rivets or missing parts , good tight springs and always described exactly as i see it , i do all the hard work so you dont have to worry about getting an inferior reel
obviously the more vintage reels may have little flaws such as worn screw heads or paint wear or scratches etc but all items will be fully photographed and described correctly , if you are unsure then please contact me..
