 I have collected odd paintings and art for many years, and I finally come to the realization that I have more paintings than I will ever have a space to hang. I will be listing many on ebay over the next few weeks.

One of several works by MERLE J BUCHWALTER (1903-2001) that I am listing tonight, all from a local estate.

This is not a copy or print, This is a wonderful ORIGINAL pen and ink drawing, signed by the artist, BUCHWALTER. Although this drawing is undated, other sketches from this collection were dated 1928-1929.

This is possibly illustration art from an unknown publication, a well-executed work by a very talented hand, certainly worthy of further research.

There is a separate signed cherries sketch on backside. Drawing is on a sheet of 11" x 8" artist's poster board paper.

This piece displays beautifully, and is in original untouched condition, with absolutely no rips, tears, or repairs. Tiny tack holes to upper corners.

Guaranteed to be an authentic vintage hand-signed work, not a reproduction or print.
