High Quality Heavyweight Initiative Suspension Files
 Quality files made from 215gsm recycled manilla card that are perfect for everyday filing.
Supplied with tabs and white card inserts, they are ideal for filing paperwork in filing cabinets.

 In our shop they are available in both Foolscap and A4 sizes.

A4 is the smaller Files
Foolscap is the larger Files

Please Double check the size you require before ordering

A4 size will fit:
32.2cm - 33.7cm runners (35 x 24cm including the suspension bar)

Foolscap will fit:
37.8cm - 39.4cm runners (40.6 x 24cm including the suspension bar)

A4 Suspension Files (Smaller Files)
The overall width of the file is 340mm
300mm is the measurement of the paper folder.
The distance from the edge of the paper folder to the centre of the tab is 10mm
The width of the whole tab is 20mm 
The width of the inside indent of the tab is 10mm 
The Depth of the whole file is 240mm
Therefore these files hang perfectly on hangers that are 320mm to 330mm apart.

Foolscap Suspension Files (Larger Files)
The overall width of the file is 405mm
360mm is the measurement of the paper folder.
The distance from the edge of the paper folder to the centre of the tab is 10mm
The width of the whole tab is 20mm 
The width of the inside indent of the tab is 10mm 
The Depth of the whole file is 240mm
Therefore these files hang perfectly on hangers that are 380mm to 390mm apart.

A4 and Foolscap Suspension Files

Initiative quality suspension files that are perfect for everyday filing. These files come complete with tabs and inserts, they are made from 215gsm 85% recycled   card. and are available in A4 (the smaller size) and Foolscap (the larger size)

Foolscap size 36 x 23cm, 40.6 x 24cm Inc the suspension bar,

The foolscap size will work with 37.8cm - 39.4cm runners.

A4 size is 30 x 23cm, 35 x 24cm Inc the suspension bar,

The A4 size will work with 32.2 - 33.7 runners.
