Our steering kit is made of HCOM16T extreme duty, Teflon® lined, sealed and self lubricated, spherical bearing in our own designed Chromoly tie rod end housing and 4140 Chromoly spindle attachment pin. Our spindle pins are machined from 4140 Chromoly and are machined to be a direct bolt on to the GM spindle taper for a perfect fit.

Our SuperFlex tie rod ends can articulate more than 40° off their vertical axis in any direction giving them more than 80° range of motion or almost twice their OEM counterparts.

EASE OF INSTALLATION: Use your existing OEM inner tie rods if you want or replace them with our High Articulation Inner Tie Rods. Our outer tie rod ends precisely replace OEM ones, providing easy installation. A front end alignment is required once you replace your tie rod ends.

MINIMAL MAINTENANCE: We carefully specified the Spherical bearings we use to be industrial grade, sealed, self lubricating and require minimal maintenance.

REBUILDABLE: Those will be your TREs for a lifetime of driving enjoyment.

LIFT READY: Our outer tie rods are suitable for OEM height and ready for future lift plans. They can do that because they have larger articulation range, needed for lifted vehicles.

ECONOMIC: Once you lift your vehicle, these tie rod ends will save you future repair costs of the steering system and premature tire wear. A lift introduces sharper steering angles and new stresses on the steering system at the maximum design limits, which will accelerate wear and reduce the steering system’s service life. Our tie rod ends almost double the maximum flex angle design limits restoring back your steering rack's normal service life.

STRONG: We use Chromoly 4140 steel alloy for the tie rod housing and super strong HCOM16T Spherical bearings for strength and long service life. We also use Chromoly 4140 for our spindle adapter pin for more strength and more solid attachment.
