Items are shipped within 24 hours of purchase in most cases, except for weekends and holidays. If you are purchasing more than one item, please add all items to your shopping cart and request an invoice for combined shipping. Shipping is not paid for returned items. We do our best to accommodate you with all your shipping needs. If you have a special request please message us to discuss. If there is a special free shipping promotion, it applies to all US states except for any islands and Alaska where there may be an up-charge. International customers will have free shipping to the US distribution center; any other charges will be paid by the customer.
We are happy to provide you with 30 day returns, however special event dresses such as prom, wedding, etc. are not eligible for return. On special occasion clothing there maybe special concessions made for return within 24 hours of items received PRIOR to purchasing. Please contact us for further details. We do not pay for return shipping charges, unless the listing was in error. Items returned must be in their original condition in order to be refunded. There is a 20% restocking fee.
