A 1990's vintage Sterling silver standard mounted Baltic golden amber brooch with a width of 1.7 ins (43 mm). The large domed polished Baltic amber stone is open backed in a Sterling silver mount with flower and leaf detail in an Art Nouveau style. It has a full set of UK import assay marks for London 1990 with Maker's initials RAR. It has a secure straight pin and roll bar fastening and is in very good condition, free from damage. A striking and good quality silver and amber brooch which would be suitable for wearing on any occasion.
