Generally speaking, we develop a unique packaging technology that let the intel mobile CPU could perfectly operating on desktop mainboard, PC motherboard. Our conversion is not only design dedicated cover but magically covert the original BGA Packing into LGA1150 standard as well. More specifically, the 5th Gen HQ series Mobile CPU initially has 1364 protruding pins while the desktop CPU only has 1150 pads on the bottom side of the processor. As the magic comes true, we reconstruct a new layer of PCB to convert such differences physically. Exactly, the key technique is we redefine each and every pin and well packaging them as a complete desktop CPU.

 

As well known, such high-end mobile CPU has perfect performance while with low power consumption in operating. Nevertheless, we apply liquid metal rather than thermal paste to transmit the heat from the core to cover.
