Shipping:
All items paid for will be shipped within one to two business days, with the exceptions of weekends and holidays. Please allow 7-10 days for item to be delivered. Shipment will not go out until payment clears PayPal. We use all the postal carriers and have no control over how long or short of a time they take to deliver the items once they are dropped off. We have documentation of the day we dropped the item off with the carrier and we work with you to locate your item if you have a problem. Our domestic shipping costs apply to the continental 48 states.

Returns:
Item must be returned within 14 days of receipt of the product. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees and charges. When returning items they must be in the same condition as they were received NEW in unopened packages.(unless otherwise specified).
