Q. Where can I download the drivers and software that comes on the included CD?
A. You can download from the Astrometa website at astrometa.com.tw/integrated_en.html

Q. Does the dongle support DVB-T, DVB-T2, DVB-S or DVB-C?
A. The device supports DVB-T, DVB-T2, DVB-C (DVB-C only compatible only with Windows)

Q. Can the Astrometa TV stick be used to watch Freeview HD channels?
A. Yes the USB TV dongle will display high definition HD channels available on Freeview

Q. How do I get FM or DAB radio stations?
A. Using the Windows TVRplayer software open the menu and select sources and choose from TV - FM or DAB 

Q. Is the USB TV dongle compatible with Linux?
A. Yes the dongle has been tested using Kaffeine media player on Ubuntu 20.10 and could display both DVB-T and DVB-T2 channels (DVB-C, FM and DAB not yet supported)

Q. Is the USB TV stick compatible with Android phones, tablets, TV boxes etc?
A. Some Android devices can pick up TV using the Aerial TV app from Google Play store. But you may require the dongle be connected through an external powered USB hub as lots of Android devices do not send enough power through their built in USB port for the dongle to work.

Q. Is the Astrometa TV stick compatible with Apple MacOS or iOS devices eg iPad?
A. No, unfortunately no drivers currently exist for Apple devices to use the TV stick

Q. How do I get more channels, better signal strength?
A. If the TV stick is unable to find all the channels or the picture breaks up then its probably a weak signal, so try using an outdoor aerial or boosted antenna
