The fly zapper comes with 2 x 6W tubes included in the price but you can ensure that you have spare bulbs to hand by buying two additional lamps so you never need to be without the zapper should one of the bulbs need replacing. 

Although old lamps can appear to be working once they have been in use for about 6000 hours the amount of useful UV light emitted drops to below a level where it they will not attract insects and so it is advisable to change the tubes on your fly zapper yearly for optimum efficiency of your insect killer.
